OPERATOR TRAINING
and Certification

Our training goal is to develop safe operators

which will lower accidents and increase productivity

All of our classes meet all OSHA, CAL/OSHA and ANSI standards

Safety Training Zone has developed training materials using up-to-date teaching methods that are presented in a fun, fast paced format which aids in learning and helps to develop safe operator skills.

Training is presented at your location using your equipment to make sure the training is convenient and practical.

Classroom Training

Operator Classroom training is approximately 3 hours
Topics include:
Testing is accomplished in a number of ways to insure learning

HANDS-ON EVALUATION

We set up a driving course that resembles to your operator’s workplace
The evaluation will take about 30 minutes for an experienced operator
New students are put through a hands-on training program to help them develop the operating skills needed to pass the evaluation

Students who successfully complete the class

are issued pocket cards and wall certificates

Safety Training Zone was established by Dennis Prendergast in 2003. Dennis has over 15 years of experience as an instructor in occupational safety and health. He strives to have an interactive, fun training environment with hands-on applications of the topics.
